A New Beginning, for Alto Flute, Violin, Cello, and Piano, is an emotionally-charged work by Canadian composer, David Carovillano. This instrumental piece seeks to convey the gamut of emotions brought forth by the global pandemic. As humanity struggles to make sense of the events that have fundamentally altered our way of life, we remain hopeful and optimistic that better times lie ahead. Along our journey, our resolve is tested repeatedly. Amidst a deluge of threats and challenges, our unrelenting spirit rises against the onslaught of doom and despair. Our confidence does not waver. We will overcome and emerge stronger than ever.
